IT Services has heard your feedback. You asked for more streamlined information, ability to reference recent changes, create support tickets, and many more. In order to better support our faculty, students, and parents we are pleased to announce some new resources to help meet these goals.

 

The IT Services Webpage has undergone a remodel. We changed the focus to be a central place anyone can go to and quickly get information on our systems or recent changes. It will also provide resources for additional learning or answering questions related to prominent classroom tools and resources.

 

We have continued to refine our support portal to now also allow parents to login to check the status of their support tickets. They can do this using their new SCASD Family account if they have converted it for Home Access Center.
