In Google Chrome click printer icon or CTRL+P in the Print Dialog Box Select the Destination drop down and choose See more… Scroll down to select appropriate printer  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Apple OS X Devices (Faculty/Staff)

Click the Apple then click System Preferences next click Printers & Scanners and click the + to add a new printer. Scroll down till you find: VX-LATTE-Printer_Name (example)

Click “Choose a Driver” dropdown and select Generic PostScript

Then click the Add button
